Since 2015

One kitchen, real hospitality, and a line out the door.

Two Chicks Cafe started as a single spot near the Convention Center in 2015. It became such a breakfast hit with locals and conventioneers alike that, three years later in 2018, the owners opened a second location in the CBD on Gravier St to keep up.

Both locations still run the same scratch-made menu: hand-crafted omelets, benedicts and crepes, fresh-squeezed juices and smoothies, and a lunch menu of poboys, sandwiches and salads. One reviewer said the owner was working the floor herself, seating and assisting guests, the day she visited.

Behind the counter

Run like family, because it is one.

Every plate that leaves the kitchen passes through a crew that cooks, serves and celebrates together. Birthdays get a cake with candles right on the floor. Halloween gets a full team costume. That closeness is something customers feel the moment they walk in.

It is real Southern hospitality, the kind that only comes from a team that genuinely likes showing up for each other, and for you.

What's coming out of the kitchen

Nothing comes out of a box. The salsa, the crab meat mix, the crepe batter, it's all made from scratch each morning by a kitchen that genuinely loves feeding people well.

"Food is delicious! I ordered the Under the Sea (HUGE) omelet with potatoes and upgraded to add french toast with strawberries. Cutest cafe close to the Superdome and the best part was meeting the owner who was working hard, seating and assisting the guests."

AngieB

"The food was delicious. Service was great and the atmosphere was nice. I ordered the Crab Cake Benedict thinking it would be a normal size. I was wrong, it was big. But since it was very delicious I ate it all."

Jason McGee

"In town visiting for a volleyball tournament. We wanted some good brunch. Two Chicks owes us nothing!! My seafood omelette was the best I have had yet! Ashley gave us phenomenal service like we were family."

Mz. Toni

"Great service; excellent food. Had stack of 3 pancakes with fruit on side. Under the Sea omelette includes crabmeat, shrimp, green peppers & side grits. So good. Freshly squeezed apple and orange juices. Highly recommended."

Millie Rodriguez

"Easily accessible to the convention center and local hotels. The staff is friendly, prompt, courteous and attentive. The decor is crisp and friendly. Highly recommend the French toast."

Jonny Quest

"The dishes were flavorful, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared, making the entire meal both satisfying and refreshing. The service was also excellent, attentive, friendly, and efficient, and the food arrived quickly despite the restaurant being busy."
